African Landscapes

Niger, one of the poorest countries in Africa, a country surrounded by the Saharan desert often captured in drought and famine by the West. The images above capture a still, hot, warm country. This is quite different from the images of impoverished, devastation of ruin, drought and famine we are so often shown by the media. I love the colours we see in the stills above as they capture the many colour palettes the African continent.

Gorgeous photography – I love your blog, great content. It’s nice to see designs, architecture and art from the other side of the continent. (I live in sunny California)
