Epping House, South Africa

South African Architectural Practice StudioMAS architects have completed a private residence in South Africa. Epping House is a modernist haven. Situated in Forest Town, Johannesburg, this house attempts to complete the incomplete modernism.

I just adore modern houses and this is no exception the space was designed with a separate living area and study/workshop areas. Giant sliding doors from living/dining open on to a terrace of timber decking housing the swimming pool. At ground level are the garages, cellars and workshops.
